About Pray the Psalms
Pray the Psalms is a devotional website authored by Mark D. Roberts (www.markdroberts.com). It was once called The Daily Psalm.
This website is meant to encourage you to go deeper in your relationship with God by using the Psalms as a basis for prayer and reflection. The post for each day is based on a Psalm, with special focus on a short excerpt from that chapter. A short prayer and added postcript reflect a theme in that excerpt.
For the most part, Pray the Psalms goes through the entire book of Psalms in order. During special seasons of the Christian year (Advent, Lent, etc.) the Psalm of the day picks up a theme of that season. Pray the Psalms goes through the entire Psalter twice in a year.
